You have the right to withdraw from your Purchase within 14 days following your Purchase. After that period a cancellation or refund is no longer accepted. It’s also not possible to cancel or request a refund for a Purchase when the meeting or congress related to you Purchase takes place within the 14 days’ withdrawal period.

In the registration form, you can start with your first participant: select the required ticket, complete participant details and proceed to the next step. During the last step,underneath the summary, you can click on ‘Add another participant’. Repeat this step until all participants were added.
You can enter the reduction code after selecting your ticket type.
Journalists who would like to attend can contact info@mirrorsmed.org for press registration. All journalists must send us a copy of their credentials (e.g. press card).
If you register at the reduced rate for students, residents, nurses or technicians, we will need an official proof of your status. Examples: a scan of your staff card, a letterfrom the head of department…
