How to reach the venue
From Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport
By train
Take the C1 train from Málaga Airport to Málaga María Zambrano station. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes. The Barceló Málaga is located directly next to María Zambrano station, making this the fastest and easiest option.
By taxi
A taxi from Málaga Airport to the Barceló Málaga takes approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Málaga María Zambrano Train Station
The Barceló Málaga is directly connected to Málaga María Zambrano train station. The hotel can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
From Málaga City Centre
The Barceló Málaga is located approximately 15-20 minutes on foot from Málaga’s historic city centre. Taxis and public transport are also easily available.
Visa information
Foreign participants may require a visa to enter Spain, depending on their nationality, country of residence, reason for travel and duration of stay.
Spain is part of the Schengen Area. A short-stay Schengen visa generally allows stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period for purposes such as business travel, tourism or attending meetings.
Participants are advised to check the applicable visa requirements well in advance and to contact the Spanish diplomatic or consular representation in their country of residence where necessary.
Please note that visa applications may take several weeks or months. Presenting the required documentation does not necessarily guarantee that a visa will be issued.

Language
The official language is English. No translation is foreseen.
UEMS/EACCME accreditation
An application for EACCME accreditation will be submitted. Further information regarding CME credits will be published on this page once the accreditation process is completed.
Ethical MedTech
An application for Ethical MedTech approval has been submitted and is currently under review. Further information will be published on this page once the approval process is completed.
International credit conversion
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Live educational activities held outside Canada and recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities, Section 1, as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Programme of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Invitation letter
An official invitation letter will be available upon request after registration has been completed.
The invitation letter does not imply any legal or financial commitment by the organisers.
Admission
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge at all times.
The badge provides access to the scientific sessions, exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunches, where applicable. Lost badges may only be replaced upon proof of registration.
Certificate of attendance
Participants will be able to download their certificate of attendance after completing the online evaluation form, which will be shared by email after the meeting.
